Contract
Through the acceptance of the order, the contracts of the sale become effective. The acceptance of the order takes place in either written form (Via email), or by delivery of the order.

By making an order, you accept the following terms and conditions:

Processing order
After we get notification of the payment being received, we send a confirmation e-mail with the order details. 

Please note: If you do not receive notification within 1 day please check the spam folders on your email account. Sometimes the notification may be marked as spam.

Processing the order usually takes 3-4 days after the payment is received. Sometimes it may take longer because of a large amount of orders. In that case, we'll inform you about any delays by e-mail. After the order has been shipped, we send a confirmation email with an ID number for tracking the shipment.

Delivery
For delivery we using regular Post Service and EMS service.

Please notice that Post Service does not provide a delivery time, so we are not responsible for possible delays during shipping time. We can estimate delivery times according to our experience, but it's not official information and we can't guarantee this time. 

Post Servise: 5-16 and more days (varies greatly by country)

If you have waited that long, and you still have no package, please e-mail us with your order details, we'll assist you and make an inquiry about searching for the order in the Post Service database. In the case of the Post Service confirming that your order was lost or will never be delivered to you we will refund the full order cost. Please note that while the shipment is in transit between different countries, its location is unable to be tracked. Once the package arrives in the destination country, it is then under the jurisdiction of that country's Post Service.

If you wish to use fast and expedited delivery - EMS, please contact us via e-mail or contact form for details personally. This is highly suggested for orders outside of Europe since they can take upwards of 2 months to be delivered via standard post.
